before you arrive. Representatives from the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau also will be on site.
Complimentary Shuttle Service
Because downtown parking can be challenging,
attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the
complimentary shuttle service provided to and from
the Convention Center and many Convention hotels.
• Friday: 6 a.m.– 6 p.m.
• Saturday: 6 a.m.–5: 30 p.m.
• Sunday: 6: 30 a.m.–12: 30 p.m.

No additional fee is required to attend the New
School Board Member Seminar or the Small School
District Seminar; however, advance registration is
necessary, and participation is not open to guests.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation/refund requests should be faxed to
512.482.8658 on or before September 9. A $50 fee
will be charged for each individual registration cancelled on or before September 9. After that date,
there will be no refund of registration fees; however, substitutions and name changes may be made
on site. Refunds will be made after Convention.
TASA/TASB will offer one complimentary guest
badge with each paid Convention registration.
Guest badges are available to a spouse, significant
other, or family member. If the guest is a public official of a school district, employed by a school district, a member of the Council of School Attorneys,
or a district-level administrator or supervisor in an
education service center, the guest is expected to
register and pay the full registration fee.
A Convention badge is required for admission to all
Convention activities. Badges are available only to
registered participants and their guests.
